4. Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel Premium or request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account. The applicable windows and your statutory rights are set out in our Refund Policy, and plan details are on Pricing.
5. Before You Write In
These two save the most time:
- Extension not capturing a job? Tell us the job board and paste the posting URL. Capture depends on the page structure, and job boards change theirs without notice.
- Deleting your account? You can do it yourself in Settings. It removes your personal data and ends our right to process it — see the Privacy Policy.
